A lady here at CCCF is being discriminated against and punished for practicing her 5th Amendment Right here. The facility has repeatedly sent her to the segregation unit for this.

They have refused to hire her for any jobs other than the lowest paying kitchen jobs a $30 per month. She has proof that her conviction was unlawful. She also has parents with terminal illnesses that the facility has blocked her from talking to on the phones. This is her 1st Amendment Right.

CCCF will often refuse people their mail for violations that they did not commit. They continue to open legal mail for people while they are not present. This is a Federal Offense and we want CCCF to stop this!

CCCF has refused people further education. One lady who already has a college education was blocked from taking any more classes. She thinks it is discrimination. Equal treatment needs to be given to everyone at CCCF.

The lady at CCCF that has been falsely convicted had newspaper articles both in Seattle and in Oregon slandering her. Authorities have been proven to have lied at her trial, with slander. This is the same lady who has no criminal history and ran her own company for close to 20 years until she found out her parents had terminal illnesses. She closed the company to help her parents and then shortly after was pulled over and arrested with no probable cause. Authorities in Snohomish County, Washington took her vehicle without a warrant and the judge allowed it to be presented at trial. He also allowed the jury to be prejudiced by the prosecutor at her trial. He brought up things from her very distant past that were not relevant to her trial in order to cause the jury to become prejudiced against her. Her public defense team knew the whole time that there was no probable cause to arrest her and still allowed her to be convicted and sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. She was even threatened by the forensic psychologist on her defense team.

While at Washington County Jail awaiting trial she was treated with excessive force and did not eat for over 2 months before her trial. Her lawyers did nothing to help her or her parents. Her grandmother passed away while she was there and her stepmother had gone to the hospital several time for congestive heart failure. Her father was left alone with Alzheimers and dementia.
